Cancel an order

If you live in the EU or the UK you may withdraw from your order within fourteen days of receiving it. You do not need to give a reason. We will refund what you paid, including the standard delivery charge, within fourteen days of the goods reaching us.

Cloth cut to your own measurements cannot be withdrawn. For anything else, a return may still be possible — see returns.
