Prices and availability

Prices are in the currency shown at checkout and include any tax stated there. Cloth is sold by the yard from real bolts, so stock is finite and a listing can sell out between your adding it and your paying for it. If that happens we will tell you and refund you in full.

Colour

Screens differ and so do dye lots. We photograph cloth in daylight without retouching the colour, but a print may still arrive a shade off what you saw. If the difference is more than a shade, it is a fault and the returns policy covers it.

Cut lengths

A cut is made to the length you ask for, with a small tolerance either way. Once cut it is yours, which is why the returns policy treats cut cloth differently from uncut.

Payment

Your order is held for you while payment is confirmed. If payment does not arrive the order expires and the cloth goes back on the shelf.
