What we collect

To send you cloth we need a name, an address, a phone number and an email. To take payment we pass the amount and a reference to the payment provider; we never see or store your card or M-Pesa credentials.

Why we keep it

Orders are kept because tax law requires us to keep them. Everything else -- an abandoned bag, a newsletter sign-up -- we keep only while it is useful to you.

Who else sees it

Our payment provider, our courier, and nobody else. We do not sell customer data and we do not share it for advertising.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Use the form on the "Your data" page and we will answer within a month.
