Everything is cut to order. Your yardage is measured from the bolt the day it ships, which is why we ask for a day or two before anything leaves us rather than promising same-day despatch we would not keep.

What it costs

Postage is calculated at checkout from where you are and how much cloth is travelling. Orders over $150 ship free worldwide.

How long it takes

Within Kenya, one to three days. East Africa, three to seven. Everywhere else, fourteen to twenty-eight days by economy air, and we will tell you the range before you pay rather than after.

Duties and taxes

Customs charges on international orders are set by your own country and are not ours to collect or waive. They are charged on delivery and are separate from anything you pay us.

If it goes missing

Tell us. We track every parcel and we would rather hear from you at two weeks than at two months, when the carrier's own claim window has closed.
